Can we choose the hour of delivery?

At the moment we do not offer specific hours of delivery. We are constantly working on improving our services so hopefully one day we will be able to offer that service.

Request to cancel or amend your order

Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.

What do we do if packages are damaged?

If you see any damages to the delivered packages that might be caused by the courier, please let her/him know! They will help you to fill out a form or add a note to the delivery that the packages are damaged which is handy for the file and makes life much easier for us and the courier.

When do we receive the tracking number?

After your order has been picked in the warehouse the courier will take charge of it and issue a tracking number. We will forward the tracking number via email to you. If you haven't received a mail with a tracking number after 15 days, first look in your junk mail folder. If you don't find anything in your junk mailbox please contact us via email or phone.
